I went in to renew my car insurance. Pooja Pahwa was more than ordinarily helpful, as she encouraged me to move my car to the office's free parking area, helped me to find the best rate for my insurance renewal and so on. Best service I ever experienced in an auto plan. Harshil was helpful, called ICBC and fixed an issue I had on my account (duplicated profiles). I went to so many auto plans before. Nobody was able to fix it. Thanks for that Harshil. By the way, I came all the way from downtown Vancouver to here and I am so glad I did it. Will do it again.
